Privacy Notice
Last updated: October 31, 2026
We take your privacy extremely seriously. Unlike most things on this website, this page means exactly what it says.
What we collect
What you type into the booking form (organization, email address, the options you select, and the free-text description), and any email you send us. We do not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party fonts or scripts.
What we do with the form
Nothing. The form checks that the required fields are filled in and then discards what you sent. Submissions are not stored, logged, read, answered, shared, sold or published. Please do not enter real confidential information or personal data about other people anyway.
How long we keep it
We do not keep it. Your submission exists only for the fraction of a second it takes to process the request. There is no database and no backup.
If you email us
Email is a separate channel from the form. Messages sent to [email protected] are forwarded to a mailbox used only for this website and kept there for up to 12 months, then deleted. We read them only to handle press, legal and privacy matters, and we may reply to those. We do not use them for anything else. Booking requests sent by email get no reply.
Who processes it
The website and email forwarding are provided by Cloudflare, Inc., which may process data, including technical connection data such as IP addresses, in several countries, possibly outside your own, under its own privacy policy and data processing terms. We do not store IP addresses or form submissions. Emails are then kept by our email provider, under the same kind of terms.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, data protection law (for example the EU GDPR) may give you the right to ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your data. Since we do not store form submissions, there is nothing to access, correct or delete for those. For emails you have sent us, write to the address below and we will act on your request.
